Widowmaker still wasn't entirely sure what had possessed her to invite the hacker to her sanctuary. Their night of lewd exchanges had left her with feelings and emotions that her programming didn't want her to have and so in the time that had passed they had faded...though not disappeared entirely.
No because each night as The Widowmaker lay down to rest she would dream. Usually of her past life and of the woman she used to be. But lately more and more frequently, she would dream of her.
And so she did not shoot when she saw the boat on the water bringing the younger girl to her home. She waited patiently at the door and opened it only after she confirmed that no one had followed Sombra.
She was clad in her usual work attire, her jumpsuit zipped up only as much as it had to be, her goggles perched on her head. A stark contrast to the more casual attire that Olivia had chosen.
"Welcome." She greeted her with an air of stiffness. She moved as gracefully and proper as she ever did with her perfect posture and her calculated moves but her stare which until now had always been stern and cold had a flicker of warmth to it. Barely noticeable unless you knew to look. She drew back the door enough to allow Olivia into the main entrance hall.
